What is an "aftermarket" part? How does it compare to an "OEM" part?  

A part produced by a company other than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is considered to be "aftermarket." Aftermarket parts are often very comparable in quality to OEM parts.

Why is it important to know my model number?  

Parts may vary from year to year (even on the same equipment model), so it is important to use the correct model number to identify replacement parts. For more information on finding your model number, click here .

Do you charge tax?  

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Michigan.

When will my credit card be charged?  

At the time you place your order, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your account for the total order amount. However, your card will not actually be charged until we ship your order.

When will I receive tracking information for my order?  

When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the UPS tracking number. If you do not receive this email or have additional questions about your order, please contact Customer Service at (855) 669-7278 or orders@weingartz.com .

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?  

Signatures are only required for orders that total $200 or more.

The part I ordered is not what I need. What do I do?

How do I return a part?  

Please send all parts returns with a copy of your packing slip to 46061 Van Dyke Avenue, Utica, MI 48317 . We will process the return as soon as the part is received. Please allow an additional five to seven days for your credit card company to credit your account.

When will a return credit be issued to my credit card?  

Returns are processed promptly upon receipt. It usually takes five to seven days for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.
