Michelin X Tweel Turf Airless Radial Tires

Unlike your typical pneumatic tire that becomes worn out or damaged over time, the Michelin X Tweel Turf Airless Radial Tire is designed for zero turn riders and does not require any maintenance.

This tire is designed to perform like a pneumatic tire but is not air-filled. Once the tire is bolted on, there is no air pressure to maintain, and problems like unseated beads and flat tires are eliminated.

Michelin X Tweel Turf Airless Radial Tire has a consistent hub height which helps ensure the mower deck delivers an even cut. The full-width poly-resin spokes provide unmatched lateral stability for side hill performance. The unique design of the spokes helps dampen the ride for increased operator comfort, even when maneuvering over curbs and bumps.

The Tread Wear Life of this tire should last 2 to 3 times longer than a standard tire. Additionally, you will never get flat tires again. Even if you pick up a nail or spike, that shouldn’t cause the rubber to rip apart.

Features and Benefits

  • Outstanding stability contributes to high machine productivity.
  • Heavy gauge steel hub is designed to fit on a variety of mowers.
  • Michelin’s proprietary Comp10 Cable forms a semi-rigid “shear beam” and allows the load to hang from the top.
  • Zero degree belts under the tread and proprietary design provide great lateral stiffness, and resists damage and absorbs impacts.
  • High strength, poly-resin spokes carry the load and absorb impacts, help dampen the ride, and provide an energy transfer that reduces pneumatic bounce.
  • Low contact pressure and low overall mass.
  • Designed specifically for difficult environments and conditions where vehicles are exposed to rugged roads, jagged terrain and other elements harmful to ordinary tires.
  • Low pressure contact patch helps provide unbeatable off-road traction.
